About the Plan
This Plan is really for anybody who wants to make a lasting change. My focus is to help women who are struggling to lose weight on their own, do not know where to begin or simply feel lost in their own fitness journey. I also work with athletes or clients with more specific fitness goals and help tailor their training and nutrition as necessary.
To give you an idea of the type of results you can expect, I consistently see clients lose 2-3lbs per week and see the equivalent results in terms of inches.
Whilst getting you results is the main focus, this isn’t just about fat loss, but about starting with something and sticking with it. The best thing people tell me they get (which also happens to be the thing I love about it the most) is the sense of accomplishment and pride that people feel as they continue to achieve what they set out to. I don’t think there is a more powerful feeling than that and it is something that ends up radiating into the rest of your life.
Remember that everyone has started from the beginning at some point, a few weeks into your new regime, you will thank yourself that you took a leap of faith. Try to imagine how you will feel when you are stronger, happier and more energised. What are you waiting for?
