- An initial meeting, either in person, via video call or telephone, in order to discuss your goals, take some photos and establish a baseline for your initial stats.
- A simple and easy to follow eating guide that doesn’t require you to weigh food or count calories.
- No gym required and no need to leave the house, just short HIIT workouts sent to you daily to do at a convenient time for you. No equipment needed.

- Accountability with food diaries, before and after photos, weekly measurement and weight checks.
