How to Exercise Safely

Before you embark on The Strong & Happy Plan or any other type of health plan, please make sure that you have consulted your GP, if necessary to get the go ahead to exercise.

Preparing For Exercise

It is essential that you warm up before performing any of the exercise sessions. Warming up helps to increase circulation and blood flow to your muscles and joints as well as gradually raising the heart in order to allow you to get the best from your session and avoid injuries.
