From the serenity of yoga to the adrenaline rush of boxing, I’m not picky about your fitness choices as long as it gets you moving, sweating, talking and laughing!
Nourishing your body is so important, for your overall health - which of course includes your sleep, hair, skin, energy and concentration levels, exercise performance, immune system. I will help you Fuel your body properly without starving yourself or embarking on any fad diets, you will just eat real honest food.
I am all about body confidence here and not about the number on the scales!

These 4 weeks with Laura has made me see and realised my mindless and careless eating out of no reason. I am now more mindful but am still walking into the kitchen and opening my pantry only to remember- i don’t need to eat!! my mouth can stay lonely. And then i go to the fridge and do the same. I don’t need to eat. When i do eat, i am mindful of what I am cooking and eating. I am eating to better health physically and mentally. Therefore i am now picking good nutritious food. Not empty nutrients, but taste good now food. This really isn’t about weight loss for me, it is taking responsibility and be accountable for my own action, health and truly being kind to myself. When am mindful and choosing 2 eggs to 5 chocolate biscuits, of course it will make me feel better and the muffin top will eventually go away! Thank you Laura ♥️

I've just completed 8 weeks on Laura's Strong & Happy plan. Great news is I'm definitely happier, lighter and stronger both physically & mentally. All really important factors to why I'm so pleased I started her plan. It covers so much to help you see positive results and gives you complete confidence to maintain it thereon after. “I have just completed 8 weeks on the Strong and Happy Plan with Laura. When I started I was the heaviest I had ever been. I've lost 4.2 kg and 18cm in those 8 weeks without starving myself and I'm working out regularly again. Laura is knowledgeable, approachable, non judgemental, really encouraging and positive. I’ve just completed the Strong and Happy 8-week plan – this was not my first time working with Laura so I knew what to expect. The plan is hard work, it takes commitment time-wise to fit in the steps, the workouts and the meal preparation. But it is so worth it. Sticking to a new regime for this length of time changes your mindset. I’ve had a number of trips, lunches, birthdays etc etc and thoroughly enjoyed them all, I’ve had the odd drink and the odd treat. But you start to make different decisions, more intentional choices and really think about what you are putting in your body. I know I have Laura’s support to continue with the healthy eating plan and have some great recipes that are already becoming favourites. I would recommend Laura and her plan to any woman who has struggled to take the action she needs to be fitter, stronger, healthier and happier. And to lose a bit of weight along the way too perhaps!

Do not underestimate the power of body confidence. Once you start to work towards your goals there will be no stopping you and you won’t care what the number is on the scales. You will be too busy planning your next gym session or outfit!
Keeping promises to yourself will help you to build that trust, you will soon start to believe that you can do it.
Think of me as your own personal cheer leader. I will hold your hand through the whole journey and beyond. There is nothing you can’t do when you have accountability, support and the motivation to succeed.
